Event details and schedule

Saturday 18th July 2025 

Waves start at 12 Noon

Arrive at least 30 mins prior to your wave start to register and warm up

Parking is on site

Spectators are welcome and encouraged

Over Unders

Log Pull

Burpee Broad Jumps

Box Jump overs

Each test is followed by a 1km Off Road Trail Run
